In-house gift cards and online gift certificates purchased prior to or after the promotional date will not be honored to receive the free gift card.

For online purchases, please allow 48 hours to receive the free gift card.

Gift cards and online gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Gift cards expire 5 years after the date of purchase and may be used towards Jalan Spa services and retail.

Jalan gift cards may not be purchased with a Jalan gift card.
