Having visited Japan before, I initially approached this place with some hesitation, but I was immediately won over by the welcoming ambiance. They thoughtfully guide you through every step of your chosen service and offer complimentary tea (the lemongrass blend is a standout!).

There’s also an option for a complimentary foot soak if you arrive a bit early. Although I didn’t have time to enjoy it on this visit, the designated area looked incredibly tranquil and inviting.

I opted for the Thermal Muscle Melt Massage, and it was, without question, the best massage I’ve ever had. My massage therapist was kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring my specific needs were addressed, including accommodating an injury with exceptional care.

Post-massage, there’s a serene relaxation room where you can unwind, sip more tea, or simply enjoy the peaceful setting. The experience from start to finish was outstanding, and I can’t wait to return soon!”

From the moment I walked in, their warm hospitality shone through as they offered me a choice of tea or water, followed by a self-service foot bath with scented relaxing salts that set the tone for a serene experience. The lemongrass hot tea they served was the perfect prelude, warming and soothing my senses.

The Men’s Urban Facial I opted for was a refreshing treat. The Swiss Pine enzyme used had a delightful tingling sensation that left my face feeling thoroughly cleansed and rejuvenated. Each step of my spa day was a sheer delight, and the attention to detail was impeccable.

To top it off, the meditation zen room was the ideal space for winding down. I relished a few extra moments of tranquility before reluctantly parting ways, ready to face the world anew. Jalan Facial Spa provided an experience that I’ll cherish and definitely revisit.”
