Booking Information

A credit card is required to secure your spa reservation.
A temporary $1authorization will be placed on your card to verify it—this is not a charge. You’re welcome to use a Jalan gift card at checkout.

Online reservations are available up to 45 days in advance and our massage schedule is released around the middle of the previous month.

Gratuity is not included in the spa service price; while 20% is customary, it is at your discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and we kindly ask for at least 24-hour’s notice for any changes or cancellations.

Late Cancellations (less than 24-hours): 50% of the service(s) total

Missed appointments (no notice): 100% of the service(s) total

Late arrivals: Service time may be shortened and will be charged in full
