No Third Party Booking Services

Jalan does not work with any third party services like ClassPass, so only bookings directly through Jalan can be honored. It has been brought to our attention that ClassPass has listed Jalan Facial Spa as a partner without our consent. We are working to contact ClassPass to resolve this issue, but want to bring awareness to this so guests do not book appointments with any outside services. If you have booked an appointment via ClassPass, please contact them to cancel the appointment and contact us to book.

How to Book Appointments

Online (Recommended)

  • You can book appointments on our website via mobile or desktop.

Phone

  • If you have questions regarding services, or would like to book with the assistance of a concierge team member, you can call us during business hours at (720) 476-5593.

Text

  • You can text us during business hours at (720) 900-5960.

  • Please note, if you have not booked an appointment before or do not have a credit card on file, we will need a credit card to hold the appointment, which you can provide over the phone. Nothing will be charged until you check out.

All newly booked appointments will receive a confirmation email with details for arrival, necessary forms to fill out, etc.

Massage Availability

As we are still operating at reduced 50% capacity, and massage appointments book up quickly, we recommend booking weekend massage appointments 1-2 months in advance. Massage services are fully booked on Saturdays and Sundays until May 2nd.

COVID-19 Precautions

We continue to take our COVID-19 precautions very seriously, including sending employees home if they become ill, are potentially exposed to COVID-19, or are exhibiting any symptoms. Should appointments be affected for this reason, affected guests will be contacted immediately to reschedule.
