COVID-19 Safety At Jalan
Guest and staff safety during COVID-19 is our top priority at Jalan Facial Spa given the importance of touch in the services we offer. While there’s encouraging news with three vaccines approved for the public and Gov. Polis helping make Colorado one of the first states to begin receiving and administering vaccines weeks ago, it will still be a few months before they are widely available to the general public with first responders, vulnerable populations, and essential workers prioritized early on. And in more good news, Colorado COVID-19 cases are also on a downward trend, though officials are urging us all to stay vigilant in order to avoid any resurgence.
With all that in mind, we wanted to touch on what we’re doing to keep you and our staff safe at the spa so we can all do our part to get back to normal in due time.
Rejuvenate Certificate for Infection Prevention & Control
While temporarily closed earlier in 2020 during Colorado’s COVID-19 lockdown, we underwent training to obtain a Certificate for Infection Prevention & Control from Rejuvenate, whose hospital-grade disinfectants we use throughout the spa. We regularly clean and disinfect the spa, and clean treatment rooms between every service. These disinfectants are approved for use against COVID-19, while still adhering to our green practices as they are biodegradable, non-irritating, and environmentally friendly.
Medify Air Purifiers
Earlier this year, we installed Medify Air Purifiers throughout the spa. These medical-grade purifiers filter out 99.9% of airborne particles like pollen, dust, toxins, smoke, bacteria, virus, and clean a room’s air every 15 minutes. Read more about Medify Air Purifiers at Jalan here.
Have You Opted Into Exposure Notifications?
Whether you’re planning to visit the spa, or just need to go about your day with errands like groceries or work, officials and we here at Jalan encourage you to download Colorado’s Exposure Notifications app for iPhone or Android. It’s free and protects your privacy by using a token to anonymize your data. If you haven’t been to the spa lately, be sure to take a look at our COVID-19 safety requirements of guests and protocols from staff to help keep everyone safe. This includes limiting our capacity, requiring waivers from guests in advance of appointments, mask requirements, temperature checks upon arrival, sanitization stations, and more.
